It is August already!?!? How many times have you heard that in the past 4 days? I know I've said it about a million times.
If you were keeping up with the end of our 6 Weeks to Feeling Better you may have heard that I would be back in August, and I am!
Hi, I'm back.
And I'm back with more imperfect action. I am putting all episodes and all future episodes on podcast platforms.
Because it is imperfect action and life can be a doozie, right now you can access them on Apple Podcasts and Spotify but eventually, I'll get them on all the platforms (as soon as I figure out how).
What to expect:
- Continuation of us building our health pyramids to feel better with specific actions for changes of season, dog days of summer, and back to school
- We'll be talking organization, meal planning, and gratitude
- There will be less emails, if you subscribe to the podcast (please do) you'll see the new episodes there, but I'll still be sending something special out weekly
- Still a 3 audio discussions weekly
