It is August already!?!? How many times have you heard that in the past 4 days? I know I've said it about a million times.

If you were keeping up with the end of our 6 Weeks to Feeling Better you may have heard that I would be back in August, and I am!

Hi, I'm back.

And I'm back with more imperfect action. I am putting all episodes and all future episodes on podcast platforms.

Because it is imperfect action and life can be a doozie, right now you can access them on Apple Podcasts and Spotify but eventually, I'll get them on all the platforms (as soon as I figure out how).

What to expect:

  1. Continuation of us building our health pyramids to feel better with specific actions for changes of season, dog days of summer, and back to school
  2. We'll be talking organization, meal planning, and gratitude
  3. There will be less emails, if you subscribe to the podcast (please do) you'll see the new episodes there, but I'll still be sending something special out weekly
  4. Still a 3 audio discussions weekly
