A few days ago I sent you off with marching orders to get curious about what kinds of community and connection you really value, and the types of connection you could do without.

Because we make moves on Monday, we're going to put that into practice for the week.

Community and connection are aspects of health that we all know make a difference to our mental health, but we don't really make it a priority and then we feel the effects of that once it's a little too late.

Building healthy connections and methods to feel connected to others is a skill that will keep us feeling strong for years to come!
