I hope that after our resolution remix you may have thought about resolutions differently. And I hope that you are thinking about how foods can serve you in the new year, vs you being beholden to some kind of meal plan diet dictator.
This week on the podcast, and into next week, we are talking all about food.
On Monday I dove into why I keep saying 'Food is the least of your problems!'
Not saying food doesn't play a role, but it isn't the food that is impacting you as much as everything else. Think about it, if you lived alone on an island and had all the foods available to you whenever you wanted, you would probably eat a lot differently than you did yesterday, at least I would.
Then on Wednesday and Friday, I actually gave real food recommendations for the season, not just some basic generalized feelings, but actual foods you should buy at the store.
So maybe you want to check that out too.
I put together a few Pinterest boards with some of the foods and meals that I've been enjoying, and plan to enjoy, so if you'd find that helpful you can look them over.
