Are we having fun yet? That's something a professor teaching a really difficult mind bending class would say.
And that's kind of like the timeline we're currently living in.
Well after an ENDLESS COLD WINTER, I am ready to play. I need to or I might go all The Shining on my family.

So that is what we are going to focus on over these next 6 week, feeling better in the season we're in by practicing play!!
This week on the episode we are going to explore all this and I even created a quick little guide on 21 easy things you can do to play over the next few week.
Bringing joy into your body, NOT toxic positivity but finding true moments of levity can help improve our health in countless ways. Reducing blood pressure, improving mental health, increased activity, less emotional stress eating, decreasing stress levels in our body. These all have ripple affects throughout our lives and everyone we interact with so it's worth a try.
