Are these two concepts different? Competing? Or the exact same thing?
I think diet culture teaches us that to NOURISH ourselves we have to do all these hard things, take all these steps to prepare food and juice and cleanse, but at the end of the day is all THAT kind of nourishing actually nurturing us?
Food and what we eat, and everything we consume with our eyes and ears, provides different kinds of nutrients. and some of it nourishes and some of it nurtures, and some of it does both.
