Hello, my friend!

I hope you had a great weekend, some time to reflect, have a little fun, and enjoy yourself, if only for a few minutes.

I have heard there were a few little tech hiccups with the emails last week and I am figuring it all out. If you had trouble downloading week 1's PDF I've included it here too. I appreciate your patience and kindness as I figure out how to manage all the new things.

This week we are starting off runn... strike that ... we are starting off at a mall walking pace.

Week 2, Day 1 - Taking Action

I am giving you these suggestions to start on a Monday, because I think there is something about starting a Monday with some gusto, but I don't know your schedule and what day is the best for you to put things into practice, so take the info here and get a calendar and decide when is the best day for you to get it started.

I would URGE you to do this in the next 6 days, while it's still fresh in your mind. AGAIN, I do not know your life, so if this isn't the week for you, that's a-okay, just decide when it is the best time to come back to it for you.
