I mentioned at the beginning of this series that this was a restart for me. For the past year and a half, at least, I have been overthinking and worrying about putting something like this into action.

And it made me miserable.

Now I am sitting here at my kitchen island in my PJ's, messy hair, and glasses, first thing in the morning, writing and scheduling, and emailing and all the things.

Right now, while this practice for me is new, I need to put it first thing in the morning, because I KNOW as the day progresses my time will get stolen and eaten away. This can happen intentionally or not, things take longer than you expect, drama occurs. Such is life.

But when this time is stolen, it makes us feel the pressure and the squish of all that's around us that we need to do, and what we want to do gets put to the bottom of the to-do list, again.

I hate that feeling.

So this episode is about not letting your time get stolen. Place the boundaries you need to protect yourself and help your future self to feel their best and get to do all the things we WANT to do.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reply to this email so I can try to help. We should still be feeling like these changes are EASY, and if they aren't, let me know so I can try to help.
