
I really hope I'm not the first person to tell you that having fun should be a priority. Just like community, having fun is so important for our mental health, who wants to keep living this long ass life if there is no fun in it!
There are lots of different kinds of fun that can fill our cups, and there are different seasons for all those kinds of fun. This weekend take stock on how you're having fun. What would you like more or less of? How can you bring more little bites of fun into your days or weeks? What might work for you right now?
Also, we are halfway through our first 6 weeks. I hope you are STARTING to feel better. I would also appreciate it if you took a minute to fill out this Google survey. That way I can answer some of your questions directly and make sure we tackle what is on your mind before we wrap up.
