One of the most common things people ask me is 'what should I eat?' or 'if someone would just tell me what to eat I would do it'. And I get that, 100%. I am so sick and tired of thinking of things to feed myself and all of my people every single day. But there are lists and meal plans all over the internet, so if we really did want people to just tell us what to eat, we could find it and do it.

But it's not exactly what we want.

And besides, our bodies are telling us what we NEED to eat every single day. All we have to do is listen. (and then buy the groceries and make the food – AHHH that's the problem)
