Thanksgiving, big holiday weeks, kids being out of school... that can be enough stress all on its own. But this year could be a little extra special thanks to that teeny tiny political event that recently took place.
I always try to help my clients during the holidays because these events can put a magnifying glass on all of our insecurities. Our bodies, our parenting, our cooking, our cleaning... what isn't there to judge these days?
